TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT

By kittenpants

I live in the East Village and late one night, while smoking outside, I was
explaining to friends that the area outside my building's front door is a portal for interesting strangers. A man with one wooden leg approached, carrying a squeegee. He stuck his leg out and started air-guitaring on his squeegee, singing "Tonight's the Night" by Rod Stewart, although he substituted some of the lyrics with "I don't know all the words, ladies..." Then he raised his squeegee over his head and shouted, "Thank you ladies, Good night!!!" and walked away.

Rock and Roll, people. Rock and Roll.
