by Joseph O'Brien Once, as a bartender in New York, I waited on Gallagher. It was the original Gallagher, not Gallagher II. He seemed drunk and had that little beret on that he always wears. He had a pretty hot girl with him too. He threw a lot of money around and I was surprised because I couldn’t imagine he was that rich. The funniest part was when sound guy from the club came up with a Snickers bar in his hand and sat and talked to me for a few minutes before his entire expression changed and he said, “Is that Gallagher?”
