A REPORT ON LUNCH SITUATION by Mia Skaili Thursday is the fourth day of my first week of resolving to bring my homecooked lunches to work. The plan is to spend time on Sunday shopping and cooking for the upcoming week. I did this in my 6th grade home ec class in 1975 to great success: a week's worth family dining for $20. Lunch menus to date: MONDAY: Swedish meatballs, whole wheat pasta + sauce (luckily for the home crew, this was also Sunday night's dinner!)
